After 12 years of binge drinking it felt like the right time (30th birthday) to give my liver, waist, wallet and sanity a rest.

Met up with Caroline and her friends she met in Japan.
2 pints of Guinness in Argyles.
then a quick pint in Dulcimer - would have been more but the bar staff cut the night short abruptly!! arses.
